According to the company’s statement on Monday 29 December, Bialetti Industrie signed an agreement with lending banks in order to extinguish its debt and to support its 2014 – 2017 business plan.
The agreement became effective on 31 December. Bialetti also suggested a €14.2m capital increase which will be discussed at the board meeting on 15 January 2015.
Bialetti Industrie is traded on Milan Stock Exchange in Italy.
