San Tommaso is a start-up, founded in 2013, that exports Italian quality food products all around the world. The culinary treats are specially selected by top chefs.

Italy has an extremely wide range of regional food products and it’s a big task to know them all.
Therefore, San Tommaso has decided to work very closely with top chefs to help them source the best possible foodstuffs. Italy is divided into 20 regions and each one has its own traditional dishes, products and recipes.

Pastries from San Tommaso

Currently, San Tommaso is focusing its attention on one particular region, Abruzzo, in central Italy. From this small region, San Tommaso has carefully chosen 150 exceptional food products.

This food selection was made with the help of top chefs at Villa Santa Maria, one of the oldest Italian cookery schools. The Chefs have tested each product for quality and to ensure their regional origin.

The company mainly sells its products abroad, having already entered the French and German markets, it will shortly start exporting to The USA and China. Among San Tommaso’s products there are some that are particularly sought after, like the truffles and saffron from the region. There are also other culinary treats like the exquisite ready-made pasta sauces.

San Tommaso supplies high quality food products to delicatessens and restaurants alike. Its strength lies in the fact that it is able to supply a full range of high quality foodstuffs, from pasta, salami, preserves, jams and honey to cheeses, pates, saffron and truffles.
